Description :
Aston Carter is searching for a temporary (6-month assignment) HR Generalist to support a growing organization in the healthcare software industry!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience
- HRIS knowledge (UKG preferred)
- Driven and process-improvement focused
- Bachelors Degree preferred
